Age Limit:- The age of the candidate applying for the position of clerk should not l;ess than 17 years and should not more than 42 years.
Qualification:- Candidates applying for the position of clerk should have passed +2 class examination board examination standard / +2 class examination board examination standard with first division / Graduation or its equivalent from a recognised board / university with Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matriculation class examination board examination standard or higher class examination board examination standard.
Selection Procedure:- The selection of the candidates applying for the position of clerk will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age of the candidates in applying for the position of clerk relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:-
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
iii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
iii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
Application fee:- Candidates applying for the position of clerk are required to pay application fee Rs 100/- for general catefories candidates (male / female) and Rs 50/- for General catefories candidates (Female of Haryana) and Rs 35/- for male of SC / BS / SBC / EBPG catefories candidates of Haryana and Rs 13/- for female of SC / BC / SBC / EBPG catefories candidates of Haqryana through Net banking or e – challan in any branch of SBI / SB of Patiala / PNB and IDBI bank.
