Qualification :
a) A degree of a recognized University. b) Should have passed senior
typewriting in English and Kannada and Senior Shorthand examination in
English conducted by the Board of Commercial Examination of Government
of Karnataka. c) Should have good command in English and Kannada. d)
Should have atleast three years of experience as Stenographer in an
office of Government or Statutory bodies including handling of files. e)
Pass in Kannada shorthand is a desirable qualification.

About University of Agricultural Sciences, Banglore
The
University of Agricultural Sciences was established through an Act (No.
22) by the then Mysore government in 1963. Although the university came
into existence on August 21 1964, a journey into the broad-lands of
history reveals it to be a much older institution. It would perhaps not
be an exaggeration to say that the university was conceived way back in
1899 in the form of an experimental farm of 30 acres.
