Age Limit:- The age of the candidates applying for the position of Armed Reserve Sub – Inspector of Police (RSI / CAR / DAR) should not less than 21 years and should not more than 26 years. The age of the candidate should be as on 24th November 2015 (Last date of the receipt of application).
Qualification:- candidates applying for the position of Armed Reserve Sub – Inspector of Police (RSI / CAR / DAR) should have passed degree from a recognized university / institute approved by UGC or equivalent.
Selection Procedure:- Selection of the candidates applying for the position of Armed Reserve Sub – Inspector of Police (RSI / CAR / DAR) will be on the basis of written Examination / Endurance / Physical standard examination and Personal Interview.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit of the candidates applying for the position of Armed Reserve Sub – Inspector of Police (RSI / CAR / DAR) is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 2 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
ii) By 2 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.

Application Fee:- Interested and eligible candidates applying for the position of Armed Reserve Sub – Inspector of Police (RSI / CAR / DAR) are required to pay application fee Rs 250/- for general category candidates / 2A category candidates / 2B category candidates / 3A category candidates / 3B category candidates and Rs 100/- for SC / ST / PWD category candidates. Payment of application should be made in State bank of Mysore / state bank of Hyderabad only. Candidates have to fill application and generate the Challan and make the payment in the respective bank.
